Where we ship

We currently ship to the United States and Canada.

Free shipping

United States: free standard shipping on orders of $100 USD or more
Canada: free standard shipping on orders of C$140 CAD or more

The discount is applied automatically at checkout — no code needed. Customers in Canada see prices and pay in Canadian dollars.

Processing time

Every item is printed to order. Production usually takes 2–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) before your order ships.

Delivery time

United States: 3–7 business days after shipping
Canada: 5–12 business days after shipping

Total time from order to your door is typically 5–12 business days in the US and 7–17 business days in Canada. These are estimates; carrier delays can happen, especially during holidays and peak seasons such as November–December.

Shipping rates

Shipping costs for orders below the free shipping threshold are calculated at checkout based on the items in your cart and your address.

Multiple items

Items in the same order may be printed at different facilities and arrive in separate packages. You'll only pay shipping once at checkout.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package.

Duties and taxes for Canada

Some orders shipped to Canada may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by the carrier on delivery. Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice a mistake, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.
